Your Space — Privacy Policy

Your Space ("we," "us," or "our") helps you keep track of the people, groups, and events that matter to you — including who you've invited, who's invited you back, and what you'd like to remember about each relationship. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information You Provide

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address, first and last name, and (optionally) your phone number, so you can create and access your account.

Information about your groups, contacts, and events. To provide the app's core feature, we store what you enter about the people, groups, and events you manage inside Your Space — including names, phone numbers, group names, event details, invite status, invite method, and any notes or occasion history you add. This information is typed directly into the app; Your Space never requests access to your device's native contacts list, camera, photo library, or location.

Information We Collect Automatically

To keep your account secure, our servers record the IP address associated with your login sessions and refresh tokens. This is used solely for security and fraud-prevention purposes and is not shared with anyone.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To provide the core functionality of the app — organizing your groups, people, events, and reciprocity history
• To send you account-related emails, such as email confirmation codes and password-reset codes
• To keep your account secure

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Third Parties

Your Space does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-login services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers. We use a standard email provider solely to deliver account-related emails on our behalf.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and app data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

Children's Privacy

Your Space is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
